The Resolution, with over 36,000 Chinese characters, integrates the struggles, sacrifices and efforts of the CPC in practicing the original aspiration of pursuing happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and reveals "why we were successful in the past and how we can continue to succeed in the future". It also emphasizes that the major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics aims to serve national rejuvenation, promote human progress, and facilitate efforts to foster a new type of international relations and build a human community with a shared future, which demonstrates the global vision and global responsibility of the CPC. China will continue to open up at a higher level, always stand on the right side of history and international justice, and provide a bigger market and greater opportunities for the world, including the ASEAN, through its own development.

Ambassadors speak highly of the achievements of the CPC in the past century. In particular, under the leadership of President Xi Jinping, China has built a moderately prosperous society in all respects, maintained high-quality economic growth, and played the role of a responsible major country in regional and international affairs.
