On April 11, 2022, Vice Foreign Minister Le Yucheng met with outgoing Kazakh Ambassador to China Gabit Koishibayev.

Le Yucheng fully recognized Koishibayev's work in promoting China-Kazakhstan cooperation during his term of office and said that since the establishment of diplomatic ties between the two countries 30 years ago, bilateral relations have been constantly upgraded and reached a high level of permanent comprehensive strategic partnership, setting a good example of good-neighborly friendship, mutual respect and win-win cooperation in international relations. China is ready to work with Kazakhstan to fully implement the consensus reached by the two heads of state and jointly forge the golden development of bilateral relations in the next 30 years.

Koishibayev spoke highly of the development of bilateral relations and the achievements of cooperation in various fields. He thanked China for supporting and facilitating his performance of duties and said he will continue to care for, support and push forward the development of Kazakhstan-China relations.

The two sides also exchanged views on high-level exchanges and practical cooperation.
