President Xi Jinping Appoints New Ambassadors

Recently, President Xi Jinping of the People's Republic of China announced the appointment of the following new Ambassadors in line with decisions adopted by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress(NPC):

I. Qi Zhenhong was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Kingdom of Bahrain, replacing Li Chen.

II. Du Xiaocong was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Cape Verde, replacing Su Jian.

III. Wei Ruixing was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Lithuania, replacing Liu Zengwen.
