President Xi Jinping Appoints New Ambassadors

Recently, President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping announced the appointment of the following new Ambassadors in line with decisions adopted by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress:

I. Wang Yu was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, replacing Liu Jinsong.

II. Zhu Jing was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Democratic Republic of the Congo, replacing Wang Tongqing.

III. Huang Yazhong was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Plurinational State of Bolivia, replacing Liang Yu.

IV. Liang Yu was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Peru, replacing Jia Guide.
