It fully demonstrates the progressiveness and superiority of the new election system, and reflects the will of the people. The long-term peace and security in Hong Kong contribute to the well-being of regional countries, including Vietnam.

Against the backdrop of profound and complex changes in the international situation, China and Vietnam should strengthen solidarity and cooperation to jointly uphold regional peace and stability. China is ready to coordinate with Vietnam closely to follow through on the high-level consensus, safeguard the China-Vietnam friendship of camaraderie plus brotherhood, and advance cooperation in all areas and at all levels.
