The Special Session of the General Assembly in Response to the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Pandemic will be held by the United Nations from December 3 to 4. Chinese President Xi Jinping’s special representative, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi will attend the general debate of the special session and deliver remarks via videolink.
