Chinese Community in S. Africa marks Int'l Nelson Mandela Day

SOUTH AFRICA-CHINESE COMMUNITY-CHARITY-MANDELA DAY

 

The Chinese Community in Cape Town, South Africa, joined the local community on Saturday in marking the International Nelson Mandela Day by donating daily necessities to the poor, July 14, 2018. Hundreds of local children were invited to the community project which combined with Chinese cultural shows. The International Nelson Mandela Day falls on July 18. This year also marks the 100th anniversary of Mandela's birth. (Xinhua)
