On November 29, 2013, Assistant Foreign Minister Zheng Zeguang met with Gonzalo Canseco Gomez, Director-General of Foreign Policy Planning of Mexican Secretariat of Foreign Affairs, and the two sides exchanged views on such issues as the overall diplomatic policies of both countries and China-Mexico bilateral relations.
