On August 9, 2010, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Wang Guangya met with U.S. Democratic Senator Evan Bayh of Indiana, also chairman of the Senate Banking Subcommittee on International Trade and Finance. Both sides exchanged views on China-U.S. relations and other issues.
