On August 6, 2013, Vice Foreign Minister Xie Hangsheng at invitation attended the National Day reception in celebration of the 188th anniversary of the independence of Bolivia held by the Bolivian Embassy in China. He as well exchanged views with H.E. Guillermo Chalup, Bolivian Ambassador to China, on bilateral relations.
