On April 24th, Yin Chengwu, Chinese Ambassador to Liberia, met with H.E. Madam Kartumu Yarta Boakai, the First Lady of the Republic of Liberia. The two sides had friendly exchanges on China-Liberia relations and cooperation between the two countries in the field of women and children.

Ambassador Yin briefed China-Liberia relations and the achievements of China’s women and children’s cause, and expressed China’s willingness to strengthen exchanges and cooperation on women and children’s careers, so as to advance and deepen the relations between two countries.

Mrs. Kartumu said China is a true friend and has long supported Liberia’s development. She hoped to strengthen cooperation with China in the field of women and children and promote the development of China-Liberia relations.
