On December 14, 2023, Vice Foreign Minister Ma Zhaoxu met with Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Ali Baqeri Kani in Beijing. The two sides had an exchange of views on the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, Iranian nuclear issue and other international and regional issues of mutual interest and concern.
