On July 27, 2016, H.E. Li Chengwen, the newly-appointed Ambassador for China-Arab States Cooperation Forum (CASCF) Affairs of the Foreign Ministry met with several Arab diplomatic envoys to China, including Moroccan Ambassador to China Jaafar Alj Hakim, Qatar's Ambassador to China Sultan bin Salmeen Al Mansouri and Head of the Arab League Mission in China Ghanim al-Shibli. Both sides exchanged in-depth views on enhancing the CASCF construction and promoting China-Arab practical cooperation in various fields.
