On September 22, 2015, Vice Foreign Minister Cheng Guoping attended upon invitation the Independence Day reception held by Armenian Embassy in China, and exchanged views on bilateral relations with Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan of Armenia who was present at the reception. Both sides evaluated positively the China-Armenia relations and expressed willingness to further deepen political mutual trust and expand exchanges and cooperation in various sectors so as to jointly push the bilateral relations to new highs.
