On September 21, 2016, Assistant Foreign Minister Li Huilai attended reception marking the Independence Day of Armenia, during which he exchanged views on China-Armenia relations as well as cooperation in various fields with Armenian Ambassador to China Sergey Manassarian and Vice President of the National Assembly Hermine Naghdalyan of Armenia, who was in China to attend the 5th China-Eurasia EXPO.
