Assistant Foreign Minister Zhang Hanhui and Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Khvtisiashvili of Georgia Hold the Political Consultation Between the Two Foreign Ministries

On December 10, 2018, Assistant Foreign Minister Zhang Hanhui and Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Khvtisiashvili of Georgia held the political consultation between the two Foreign Ministries in Beijing.

Both sides exchanged in-depth views on bilateral relations, cooperation in the joint undertaking of the Belt and Road Initiative as well as international and regional issues of common concern. The two sides expressed that they will make joint efforts to promote constant and forward-looking development of China-Georgia friendly cooperative relations, in a bid to bring more benefits from the outcomes of bilateral cooperation in the joint building of the Belt and Road Initiative to the two countries and the two peoples.
