On June 16, 2016, Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Ming met with Secretary of State Cooperation in the Ministry of External Relations Ângela Maria Teixeira D 'Alva Sequeira Bragança of Angola, who was invited to China to chair the preliminary meeting of the 2nd meeting of China-Angola Trade and Economic Cooperation Guidance Committee. Both sides exchanged views on China-Angola relations, the implementation of outcomes from the Johannesburg Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation and other international and regional issues of common concern.
