Chinese Government's Special Envoy Zhai Jun Leaves Equatorial Guinea for China after Attending the 17th African Union Summit

Ambassador Wang bid farewell to Zhai Jun in the Presidential Lounge of the airport

On June 30, 2011, Zhai Jun, special envoy of the Chinese government and Vice Foreign Minister of China left Malabo, capital of Equatorial Guinea for China by a chartered plane after attending the 17th African Union Summit. Chinese Ambassador to Equatorial Guinea Wang Shixiong and officials of the protocol department and the consular and cultural affairs department of Equatorial Guinea's foreign ministry bid Zhai farewell at the airport.

Zhai leaves message on the VIP guest book

During his stay in Equatorial Guinea, Zhai attended the opening ceremony of the 17th African Union Summit and held bilateral talks with Chairperson of the African Union Commission Jean Ping as well as the foreign ministers and relevant officials of a number of countries to exchange views on the regional situation and the hot-spot international issues. In the Presidential Lounge of Malabo Airport before leaving the country, Zhai left a message on the guest book of VIPs attending the 17th African Union Summit: Wish the friendly Equatorial Guinea thriving and prosperous and people of Equatorial Guinea happy. Wish the friendship between the people of China and Equatorial Guinea last forever.
