On 11 October 2013, Vice Foreign Minister Zhai Jun at invitation attended the reception of the Embassy of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea in China in celebration of the 45th anniversary of the independence of Equatorial Guinea. He as well exchanged views with Marcos Mba Ondo, Ambassador of Equatorial Guinea to China, on bilateral relations and other issues.
