Li Keqiang said that since the establishment of the diplomatic relations between China and Equatorial Guinea 45 years ago, the bilateral relations have withstood the test of international vicissitudes, with a constant deepening of mutual trust and fruitful results in mutually beneficial cooperation. Li Keqiang pointed out that currently China is promoting a stable economic growth and industrial upgrading and conducting international production capacity cooperation through reform and opening-up. Equatorial Guinea is actively advancing economic diversification and industrialization. The bilateral cooperation enjoys increasing converging points, more complementarity and very broad prospects. China is willing to strengthen cooperation with Equatorial Guinea in infrastructure construction, assist Equatorial Guinea in its industrialization process, help Equatorial Guinea train talents needed in its economic and social development and unreservedly share practical technology and management experience. China hopes that Equatorial Guinea provides more facilities for Chinese enterprises to invest there.

Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo said that the friendly relations between Equatorial Guinea and China develop smoothly with satisfactory cooperation in all areas.
