On November 9, 2023, Vice Foreign Minister Deng Li met with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Diaspora of Equatorial Guinea María Ángeles Miaga Bibang. The two sides had an exchange of views on China-Equatorial Guinea relations, and international and regional issues of mutual interest and concern.
