On 12 September 2013, Vice Foreign Minister Zhai Jun attended the reception of the Gabonese Embassy in China in celebration of the 53rd anniversary of the founding of the Gabonese Republic. Zhai Jun exchanged views with H.E. Jean-Robert Goulongana, Gabonese Ambassador to China, on bilateral relations and other issues.
