On July 3, 2015, Assistant Foreign Minister Liu Jianchao met with Minister of Human Rights, Equal Opportunities and Gabonese Abroad Alexander Tapoyo of Gabon upon request. The two sides exchanged opinions on topics such as strengthening the bilateral friendly cooperation and carrying out overseas personnel work between the two countries.
