On November 26, 2010, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Zhai Jun met in the Foreign Ministry with Mrs. Neh Rita Sangai Dukuly Tolbert, outgoing Ambassador of Liberia to China. Zhai said since the resumption of diplomatic ties between the two countries, their bilateral relations have achieved great development with close high-level exchanges and fruitful cooperation in all areas. Tolbert said during her five-year tenure in China, she witnessed rapid development of the country and personally felt the sincere friendship of the Chinese people to Liberia and other African nations.
