On October 12, 2016, Deputy Director-General of the Protocol Department as well as Director of the Office of Foreign Missions of the Foreign Ministry Zhang Yiming accepted the copy of credentials presented by newly-appointed Namibian Ambassador to China Elia George Kaiyamo.
