On June 23, 2019, Assistant Foreign Minister Chen Xiaodong and Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation Christine Hoebes of Namibia held the 4th political consultation between the two foreign ministries in Beijing. Both sides exchanged views on bilateral relations, the implementation of the follow-up actions of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation and international and regional issues of common concern.
