On July 6, 2012, Vice Foreign Minister Zhai Jun attended a reception marking Rwanda's 50th anniversary of independence and 18th anniversary of liberation. Zhai held friendly talks with Rwanda's Ambassador to China Ngarambe on China-Rwanda relations, the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation as well as issues of common concern.
