On March 18, 2018, leaders of various countries and principals of various international organizations successively sent telegrams or messages to Xi Jinping, warmly congratulating him on his election as President of the People’s Republic of China.

King Norodom Sihamoni of Cambodia expressed that on behalf of all the Cambodian people, the Senate, the National Assembly and the government of Cambodia, and in his own name, he would like to extend the warmest congratulations to Xi Jinping.
