From November 19 to 20, 2014, Special Representative of the Chinese Government on African Affairs Ambassador Zhong Jianhua, on behalf of Foreign Minister Wang Yi, attended and addressed the High Level Ministerial Meeting of the Partnership Forum on Somalia in Copenhagen, capital of Denmark.

Ambassador Zhong Jianhua spoke positively on the policy implementation of the Federal Government of Somalia, stated China's principled position on the Somali issues, and expressed the Chinese government's willingness to continue providing assistance within its capacity for the realization of peace and the reconstruction of Somalia.
