On March 19, 2019, Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Hanhui and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrei Dapkiunas of Belarus held the political consultation between the two foreign ministries in Beijing. Both sides exchanged in-depth views on China-Belarus relations, cooperation in the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative and international and regional issues of common concern.
