On July 4, 2019, Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Hanhui attended upon invitation the reception marking the independence day of Belarus held by the Belarusian Embassy in China, and exchanged views with Belarusian Ambassador to China Rudy Kiryl on China-Belarus relations, cooperation in the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative and other topics.
