On July 10, 2015, Vice Foreign Minister Wang Chao met upon request with State Secretary of the Foreign Ministry Andrejs Pildegovičs of Latvia who came to China to attend the fifth national coordinators’ meeting for cooperation between China and the Central and Eastern European countries (CEEC). Both sides exchanged views mainly on China-Latvia relations, the “16+1 cooperation” and China-Europe relations.
