On June 19, 2014, Director-General of the Policy Planning Department of the Foreign Ministry Cai Run, along with Peter Lizák, Director of Department of Analysis and Policy Planning of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of Slovakia, held consultation on foreign policies between the policy planning departments of the two Foreign Ministries of both countries in Beijing. Both sides exchanged views on international situation, the situation in Ukraine, China-Europe relations and the overall foreign policies of respective countries.
