On November 7, 2019, Vice Foreign Minister Qin Gang attended at invitation the concert and reception celebrating the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relationship between China and Slovakia held by the Slovak Embassy in China. He also exchanged views on such topics as bilateral relations with Deputy Prime Minister Richard Raši and State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs Lukáš Parízek of Slovakia, who were in China for the second China International Import Expo, as well as Slovak Ambassador to China Dusan Bella.
