On February 14, 2023, Special Representative of the Chinese Government on European Affairs Wu Hongbo visited Belgium and met with Belgian Director General for Bilateral Affairs of the Federal Public Service Foreign Affairs Jeroen Cooreman. The two sides mainly exchanged views on China-Belgium relations and international and regional issues of mutual interest and concern.
