Vice Foreign Minister Fu Ying Visits Liechtenstein

On June 9, 2011, Vice Foreign Minister Fu Ying paid a visit to the Principality of Liechtenstein on invitation. She held talks with Dr. Aurelia Frick, Minister of Justice, Foreign Affairs and Cultural Affairs of Liechtenstein. Both sides are satisfied with the progress of bilateral relations. Dr. Aurelia Frick appreciates China's policy of treating all nations, large and small, as equals. Liechtenstein is willing to further enhance mutual understanding and strengthen economic and trade cooperation with China. The Chinese side will actively consider supporting Liechtenstein to hold the 100th anniversary of stamp issuance, the business and handicraft exhibition, and other activities. The two sides also exchanged views on international and regional issues of common interest.

The same day, Vice Minister Fu received a joint interview by People's Journal and Regional Economy Weekly, two mainstream media in Liechtenstein. She also visited the stamps museum of Liechtenstein in the company of Dr. Aurelia Frick and Liang Jianquan, Consul General in Zurich and Consular General to Liechtenstein.
