President Xi Jinping Leaves Beijing for State Visits to Trinidad and Tobago, Costa Rica and Mexico and China-US Presidential Meeting in the US

At the invitation of President Anthony Thomas Aquinas Carmona of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, President Laura Chinchilla Miranda of the Republic of Costa Rica, President Enrique Peña Nieto of the United Mexican States and President Barack Obama of the United States of America, President Xi Jinping left Beijing by special plane in the morning of May 31, 2013, for state visits to Trinidad and Tobago, Costa Rica and Mexico and China-US presidential meeting in the US.

President Xi Jinping's delegation includes his wife Mme. Peng Liyuan, Wang Huning, member of the Political Bureau and Director of the Policy Research Office of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, Li Zhanshu, member of the Political Bureau and Secretariat and Director of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee, and Yang Jiechi, the State Councilor .
