On the morning of July 3, 2015, after successfully concluding the 17th China-EU Leader's Meeting held in Brussels, Belgium and the official visit to France, Premier Li Keqiang returned to Beijing by special plane. Li Keqiang's wife Mme. Cheng Hong who accompanied him during the visit returned to Beijing by the same plane.

Upon leaving Toulouse, Prime Minister Manuel Valls of France bade farewell to Premier Li Keqiang and his wife Mme. Cheng Hong in a friendly atmosphere while seeing them off at the airport. Before boarding the plane, the French side held a grand seeing-off ceremony for Li Keqiang and his wife Mme. Cheng Hong. The military band played the national anthems of China and France, and Li Keqiang inspected the guard of honor in the company of Manuel Valls. Minister of Economy, Industry and Digital Affairs Emmanuel Macron of France, Chief Administrator of Midi-Pyrenees Region Pascal Mailhos, H.E. Zhai Jun, Chinese Ambassador to France, and Chinese Consul General in Marseilles Yu Jinsong also saw them off at the airport.
