On August 24, 2016 local time, after attending the 8th Trilateral Foreign Ministers' meeting among China, Japan and the Republic of Korea (ROK) in Tokyo, Japan, Foreign Minister Wang Yi jointly met the press with Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida of Japan and Foreign Minister Yun Byung-se of the ROK, during which he expressed that this time the Trilateral Foreign Ministers' Meeting is right before the convening of the G20 Hangzhou summit.
