Wang Yi Meets with Adviser to the Prime Minister on National Security and Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz of Pakistan

At noon of November 3, 2016 local time, Foreign Minister Wang Yi, who was accompanying Premier Li Keqiang to attend the 15th Meeting of Shanghai Cooperation Organization Council of Heads of Governments (Prime Ministers), met at the Bishkek State Guesthouse with Adviser to the Prime Minister on National Security and Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz of Pakistan.

Both sides expressed that as all-weather strategic partners of cooperation, China and Pakistan should comprehensively enhance communication and cooperation in various fields. China is willing to safeguard the rightful and legal interests of Pakistan in international and regional occasions. It is hoped that Pakistan could continuously hold high the banner of anti-terrorism and actively participate in international anti-terrorism cooperation, so as to jointly maintain regional peace and stability.
