Li Keqiang Returns to Beijing after Concluding His Visits

On the morning of November 9, 2016, after his successful attendance at the 15th Meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Council of Heads of Governments (Prime Ministers), the 3rd China-Kazakhstan Regular Prime Ministers' Meeting, the 5th Summit of China and Central and Eastern European Countries, and the 21st Regular Meeting between Chinese Premier and Russian Prime Minister, as well as after concluding his successful official visits to Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Latvia and Russia, Premier Li Keqiang returned to Beijing by special plane.

Upon Premier Li Keqiang's departure from Moscow, senior officials from the Russian government, H.E. Li Hui, Chinese Ambassador to Russia and others saw him off at the airport. Russia held a grand farewell ceremony for Li Keqiang. Military band played the national anthems of China and Russia. Li Keqiang reviewed the march-past of the guard of honor.

Vice Premier Liu Yandong and Vice Premier Wang Yang returned to Beijing on the same day.
