With strong economic complementarity, the bilateral relations have entered into the fast track of all-round development at present. It is the right time with great momentum to strengthen China-Czech cooperation in fields such as economy and trade, industry and people-to-people and cultural exchanges. China regards the Czech Republic as an important cooperative partner in the Central and Eastern European region. We are willing to, together with the Czech side, firmly grasp the general direction of the development of bilateral relations, strengthen the alignment of each other's development in combination with the "Belt and Road" initiative, continuously expand mutually beneficial cooperation and constantly consolidate the public support in the two countries, so as to promote the constant, healthy and stable development of China-Czech relations.

Strengthening bilateral communication and exchanges is conducive to the friendship and trust between the two peoples and will create a positive atmosphere for the development of bilateral relations. It is hoped that the legislative bodies of the two countries will strengthen communication and dialogues in areas including state governance and legislative supervision, and actively offer advice and suggestions, facilitate mutual interactions and contribute more positive energy to the development of bilateral relations and practical cooperation.

Jan Hamacek said that the friendship between the Czech Republic and China goes back to ancient times, and developing relations with China is a diplomatic priority of the Czech Republic. The Czech side is very glad to see the establishment of strategic partnership between the two countries during President Xi Jinping's visit this time.
