On June 23, 2016 local time, Director-General of the Department of European-Central Asian Affairs of the Foreign Ministry Gui Congyou held a briefing at the Press Center of the Chinese Delegation to the 16th meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

Gui Congyou introduced bilateral meetings between President Xi Jinping and relevant state leaders as well as the situation of the meeting of heads of state of China, Russia and Mongolia, and answered questions from journalists.
