On June 24, 2016, President Xi Jinping returned to Beijing after concluding his state visits to the Republic of Serbia, the Republic of Poland and the Republic of Uzbekistan and attendance at the 16th Meeting of Heads of State Council of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

President Xi Jinping's wife Mme. Peng Liyuan, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Director of the Policy Research Office of the CPC Central Committee Wang Huning, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and Director of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee Li Zhanshu, State Councilor Yang Jiechi and other delegation members arrived by the same plane.

On the afternoon of June 24 local time, Xi Jinping left Tashkent, Uzbekistan for China. Prime Minister Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan and other officials saw him off at the airport.
