Xi Jinping Leaves Beijing for the 25th APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting and State Visits to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Lao People's Democratic Republic

On the morning of November 10, 2017, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and President Xi Jinping left Beijing by special plane. At the invitation of President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Tran Dai Quang, Xi Jinping will travel to Da Nang of Vietnam for the 25th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders' Meeting. At invitations of General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam Nguyen Phu Trong, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Tran Dai Quang, and General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic Bounnhang Vorachith, Xi Jinping will pay state visits to Vietnam and Laos.

President Xi Jinping's delegation members include Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and Director of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee Ding Xuexiang, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Director of General Office of the Central Leading Group for Financial and Economic Affairs Liu He, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and State Councilor Yang Jiechi and others.
