The two sides need to expand the breadth and depth of bilateral comprehensive strategic cooperation and realize lasting peace and stability of the two socialist countries led by Communist Parties. China and Vietnam should maintain high-level contacts, strengthen strategic communication, and deepen experience sharing on party governance and state administration. The two countries need to speed up the alignment of the construction of the "Belt and Road" and "Two Corridors and One Economic Circle", and deepen practical cooperation in such areas as economy and trade, finance, production capacity and infrastructure construction and advance construction of major projects, so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
