On March 29, 2023, Director-General Shen Bo of the Department of International Organizations and Conferences of the Foreign Ministry held consultations with Director-General Béatrice Le Fraper du Hellen of the Department of the United Nations, Organizations, Human Rights and Francophonie of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France in Paris. The two sides had an in-depth exchange of views on the United Nations and Security Council issues and international and regional issues of mutual interest and concern, and agreed to further strengthen communication and coordination on multilateral affairs.
