Special Representative of the Chinese Government on Eurasian Affairs Li Hui Visits Ukraine

On the afternoon of March 7, 2024, Special Representative of the Chinese Government on Eurasian Affairs Li Hui arrived in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, by train to continue the second round of shuttle diplomacy on seeking a political settlement of the Ukraine crisis.

Special Representative Li Hui held candid and friendly talks on China-Ukraine relations and the Ukraine crisis with Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine YERMAK Andriy Borysovych, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Yulia Svyrydenko and Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba. Chinese Ambassador to Ukraine Fan Xianrong, Ukrainian Ambassador to China Pavlo Riabikin, Deputy Minister of Energy Svitlana Grynchuk and other officials were present.

On the evening of the same day, Special Representative Li Hui concluded his visit to Ukraine and left Kiev by train.
