On Sept. 23, 2013, Vice Foreign Minister Li Baodong met with Professor Göran Melander, former Director of Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law (RWI) of Sweden. Both sides exchanged views on human rights cooperation between China’s relevant institutions and RWI as well as other issues.
