On December 3, 2019, Director-General of the Department of Consular Affairs of the Foreign Ministry Cui Aimin and Director General of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) held the 13th round of China-DPRK consular consultation in Beijing. Both sides exchanged friendly and in-depth views on such topics as strengthening bilateral consular cooperation, facilitating personnel exchanges and safeguarding the security and legitimate rights and interests of citizens.
